Canyoning on a hen weekend ! It sounds great, but what is it? canyoning involves travelling down creeks or streams within a canyon by a variety of means including walking, floating, scrambling, climbing, abseiling and swimming. It requires balance, nerves and skill as you try to surpass the canyons natural gorges, slides, pools and waterfalls.

The buzz and thrill of fighting the forces of nature to get through the canyon makes canyoning one of the most exhilarating outdoor sports around.
Be prepared to fight your way through the water rapids, swim through narrow water-filled passages, abseil down waterfalls, and jump into deep clear pools. And all this whilst being continually surrounded by Andalucia's spectacular unspoilt countryside. |

Don't worry if you or your hen group have never done canyoning before, we have access to several canyoning locations in the Costa del Sol with varying levels of difficulty, able to meet every group's requirements.
You'll also have two fully qualified instructors and a Henorita representative supervising your canyoning adventure. |

All participants must be able to swim. You'll also need to bring a towel, swimming shorts, an old pair of trainers with rubber soles (they'll get wet !), and a change of clothes/footwear.
Canyoning can be done all year round, and in the colder winter months you'll find the streams are faster flowing and even more challenging. And don't worry about the cold water; you'll be surprised at how well the wetsuits retain your body heat.
