hen weekends in Spain

Thanks for your email. No - thank you for a really good night. Everyone enjoyed the evening and we all thought it worked out really well and was worth the money we payed.
We got back to rainy London yesterday and back to work today. Nims was really happy and said she had an excellent weekend so once again, thanks a lot and I'll let all the girls know that you emailed.

Getting Around Benalmadena

walking around Benalmadena is the best way to get around as it is such a compact centre and all very close to the beach.
Walking
Benalmadena Costa is a small town ideal for those who prefer to get around on foot. Once you are near the marina, everything of interest is within walking distance. The buzzing nighlife, restaurants and all Benalmadena accommodation provided by Henorita are in close proximity, and only minutes away from the beach.
Grab a train for seeing places outside Benalmadena
Train (for getting out of Benalmadena)
You can get to anywhere within Benalmadena by foot. However, if you decide to venture out to the surrounding towns, including Malaga city centre, Torremolinos and Fuengirola, there is a surburban train called Renfe Cercanías, which departs from Benalmadena-Arroyo de la Miel station every 30 minutes, on, or half past the hour from 07:30 – 23:30. The station is situated about 20 minutes walk from Benalmadena Marina.
Catch a bus and you may be left waiting a while - not recommended by Henorita
Bus
On the main road Calle Antonio Machado, you can catch most buses to surrounding towns and villages in Andalusia, and some of them taking you up to Benalmadena pueblo. Most lines run from 7.30 until 22.30 although some operate outside these hours. There is no official website with bus times, so check the departure times at the bus stop, however these are not reliable and you may end up waiting 30 minutes for a bus.
Hop in a cab at one of the two taxi ranks in Benalmadena, or just flag one down in the street.
Taxi
Taxis in Benalmadena are white with a blue diagonal stripe on the front doors, and a green light with the numbers 1-2-3 on the roof. If the green light is on or there is a “libre" sign in the passenger side windscreen it is free, so flag it down ! The pricing system is complicated, but expect to pay around 25€ travelling to Malaga city. You'll find a taxi rank in the centre of Benalmadena Marina and another one a bit further up in Calle Antonio Machado.
